Hotel Loveno - Menaggio

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor to avoid the steep climb and enjoy easier access.

Stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful little place, loved that. I booked beautiful double room here with private balcony, a wonderful view, as for instance. All the staff was super-friendly and exceptional, tackled my issues. The breakfast offered a great selection of good meals: D

Nice little hotel with spacious rooms.

Unfortunately, the uphill walk back to the hotel was exhausting, especially in the heat. I felt the absence of a fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room made it uncomfortable. Despite the lovely ambiance, the humidity inside the room was a challenge, and without proper air conditioning, it was quite stuffy at times.

small hotel with really friendly and superbly friendly staff and incredible views over the lake. exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and central heating and multi-channel tv in the room. marvellous location of the property with free parking.

The room was spacious and beautiful, with a private bathroom. The staff were welcoming and exceptional and had a sense of humour. It had great location right by the ferry, the centre square of Menaggio and lake.

This was a solid selection for a transient visit in Menaggio with good value for cost. Enjoyed a peaceful morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the lake, really nice. Be prepared for a steep walk from the bus stop.

When we arrived, the unhelpful staff didn't seem to be aware that our needs were above average, their previous guests have obviously complained about thin walls, too. How hard could it be to provide a complementary welcome gift for distinguished guests, unbelievable! I almost thought this place coul'd be great but just couldn't deal with the noise.

Each morning began with a view of the lake from our balcony while sipping good coffee. The well-kept gardens, full of blooming hydrangeas, made it a picturesque backdrop for our relaxing evenings.

What a hidden gem! The garden was AMAZING and breakfast was fresh. Just a heads up, the uphill path back can be quite a workout. I would definitely go back!

I stayed in the Double Room with Private External Bathroom for 2 nights and it was really comfy. The room was clean and had a lovely view from the balcony, which I enjoyed a lot. I was super impressed by the accommodations. The homemade pasta at dinner was such a treat too! Just a heads-up, the walk back from town is a bit steep. Everything was great!

Super friendly staff!

The super nice team and even made dinner for us when we got in late. Breakfast was a highlight-fresh eggs and bacon were a treat! The grounds are pretty cute but the thin walls made it a lil noisy at times. Still, I'd definitely stay again!
